The lack of an elevator made lugging bags a hassle!!! Noisy upstairs neighbors impacted sleep quality significantly, keeping us up with constant thumping sounds throughout the night!!! More attention to soundproofing and upgrading rooms would be beneficial!!!

I had a great stay for one night in a Double Room with Two Double Beds on the ground floor. The place was clean, and we loved the spacious bathroom. The coffee in the lobby was available anytime, which was a nice perk. The staff were super accommodating, allowing us to hang out in the breakfast area until our room was ready. Definitely a pleasant experience! ☕

I stayed in the Traditional King Room for one night. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. I loved the shower, everything worked well. The staff were friendly and really helpful, which made a difference. But just a heads up, there’s no elevator, so it was a bit of a trek with my luggage. Overall, a solid spot for a night’s rest!
